Rogers good run continues
Harry Rogers was continuing his good run when he saddled Cheval Rouge to land the Open Singles Every Thrusday At Gowran Nursery Handicap in the hands of apprentice jockey Sam James.
Winning trainer Rogers said afterwards, “She was entitled to win here this evening. She was unlucky at Killarney and she got no run at Galway.”
“The plan was always to jump her off upsides and she had it won turning into the straight. She’s a big filly and she’ll make a lovely three year old.”
