Whatsinthecorner (green) leads Shamad over the last

Whatsinthecorner kept up the recent good run of 'Shark' Hanlon when claiming the Angloprinters.ie Handicap Hurdle at Bellewstown.
The 14/1 shot was pulled up when last seen, over fences, at Downpatrick last August and bounced back to form on his return to action.
Bryan Cooper, recording a double on the day, produced his mount to challenge after the second last and he jumped into a narrow lead over the final flight.
The Windsor Knot gelding galloped on strongly on the run-in to record a three-and-a-quarter length win over 2/1 favourite Shamad
“That was lovely. What a ride from Bryan Cooper,” said Hanlon.
“We told him to take his time and he did that. He had planned to come wide turning in but they all came wide so he just came up the inside.
“The horse deserves to win a race as last year he was unlucky a few times. My horses are flying so that's a big help.
“It's great to get a few winners on the board, that's the third winner in ten days and it keeps everyone happy.
“He'll probably got to Galway after that and we'll put a team together for that as I like having a winner in Galway.”
