< Dunguib showed plenty of his old sparkle to land the Ladbrokes Boyne Hurdle at Navan.

In what essentially became a match race, Bryan Cooper's mount matched strides with his sole rival before asserting his dominance approaching the last, staying on well to score by seven lengths.

The closing Flower Hill (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race went the way of Ballagh (12-1).

All eyes had been on Vivega a full-brother to wonder mare Quevega, but Willie Mullins' charge could only manage third.< Lord Scoundrel put up plenty of resistance in second, but Nina Carberry urged her ride three-quarters of a length clear.< Daneking (4-5) was the sole winner for Willie Mullins as he landed the Follow Navan On Facebook Maiden Hurdle by one and a half lengths from Drumlee
