Sunnyhillboy, due to be ridden by Tony McCoy, is now a non-runner in today's Betfred Cheltenham Gold Cup.

Some reports suggest that McCoy is now set to get the call up to partner Sir Des Champs, who is currently without a rider.

Willie Mullins and Michael O'Leary have been looking for a jockey for their leading fancy since Davy Russell was ruled out with a punctured lung.

McCoy is now likely to head their shortlist with Jonjo O'Neill taking Sunnyhillboy out because of a bad scope.

Stablemate Cloudy Copper also misses the Albert Bartlett Novices' Hurdle having been cast in his box.
