Formscan - KLIC BOUM could never really land too significant a blow over timber last term, but it was a different story when sent chasing at Newton Abbot on his reappearance. The six-year-old kept on powerfully to finish within a neck of the winner and he's 2lb well-in so this looks an excellent opportunity to go one place better. Marlacoo was a beaten favourite over hurdles at Chepstow, but has the potential to do much better over fences. Sweet Caryline's recent Worcester spin should stand her in good stead.
