Reports in which Force Noir (IRE) was mentioned
One of Ireland’s main point-to-point consignors Donnchadh Doyle landed the Flat season’s opening race today, as his Jack Foley-trained Ruler’s Control (15/2) won the Curragh’s Topgear At Capital Stud Irish EBF Maiden.

He ran well the first day, when he showed a little bit of greenness. He has improved since the first day and I’d say he’s going to improve again. The sire (Persian Force) has had a lot of runners and they’ve all run well, they put their heads down and run. Now they are starting to win and I’m very happy for the stallion. He’s a horse that can run over five and can step up to six as well. I liked his attitude today. We’ll see how he is after today and maybe he could come back next week for the First Flier Stakes at the Curragh. We could maybe save him for the Norfolk in Ascot. The Marble Hill is another option if he doesn’t go to the First Flier.
