It was (a smashing performance). He had been off the track for so long. We didn't want to school him either because he is very keen. He settled well and jumped very slick I thought. He was very, very slick. He's very keen and he was as a flat horse. When we bought him they told us that. I have one man riding him out and he rides him on his own so I don't see much of him in the morning either! . We were hoping that he wouldn't disgrace himself. I was hoping that if he brought his best game here that he'd win but those things don't always happen. When he was saddled up below in the stableyard I had a look at him and he looked very porky. We felt he had enough work done but he still looked like he was carrying a tummy.
