Lady With The Lamp will be aiming to make the wishes of some very prominent owners come true with a dream Royal Ascot success in the Commonwealth Cup.
The filly trained by Joseph O'Brien counts racing personalities Kevin Blake and Nick Luck amongst her owning group and her star is very much on the rise as Royal Ascot beckons, given that she is a perfect from 2-2 this season in Listed races both at home and in Britain.
Those wins at Cork and Chelmsford have connections dreaming of Royal Ascot glory.

Formscan - Last year's winner Inisherin proved that dropping back in trip after tasting defeat in the 2000 Guineas can open new doors for a progressive horse and it is highly noteworthy SHADOW OF LIGHT follows suit after his gallant third-placed finish in the Classic at Newmarket. Having won the Middle Park and Dewhurst on his way to claiming champion juvenile honours last year, the son of Lope De Vega is expected to excel as a sprinter. Babouche has already accounted for Whistlejacket in two high-profile races in Ireland so must be regarded as a serious player in receipt of 3lb from the boys. Ides Of March, Jonquil and Big Mojo all hold solid chances of gaining some prize money.

Dundalk stunner in debut season
Lady With The Lamp quite unusually won her maiden for O'Brien at Bath in June last year under the steering of Billy Loughnane on second start.
She then came up shy in a Listed race over 5f at Tipperary in early July before a couple of months off.
After a spin on the Polytrack at Dundalk in September, she was a 66/1 chance in the Listed Legacy Stakes at the Co Louth venue in October but provided a major shock in getting up late to score for Declan McDonogh that evening.
She was well held back there in the Group 3 Mercury Stakes in November but her three-year-old season has been exceptional so far.

Once more, the odds-makers didn't rate her chances too highly at Cork in a Listed race on comeback in April but Lady With The Lamp didn't mind as she bagged a 28/1 win under McDonogh at the Mallow track. That form is solid, the placed horses all having run well in pattern company since.
For her part, this filly went to Chelmsford on the first day of May and won the Listed bet365 Chelmer Fillies' Stakes on her second attempt at the six-furlong trip.
She got there by a neck under Dylan McMonagle but there was an inevitability about that victory in the final furlong that bodes well for her future ambitions.
Top team hoping for better
Lady With The Lamp is owned by some very familiar faces, including top Racing TV broadcaster Nick Luck and ITV's Kevin Blake, who is also a breeder.
Blake of course made headlines at the Derby at Epsom recently when he advised the first three horses home, including 13/2 winner Lambourn for Aidan O'Brien plus runner-up Lazy Griff at a monster 50/1 and third-place Tennessee Stud at 33/1 on ITV's The Opening Show.
The filly was bred by Billy and Paul McEnery out of the winning Elusive Quality mare Caring Touch and was sold to joint owner Kevin Blake for €14,000 at Goffs Sales.
Black is in dreamland with his Royal Ascot runner and took to social media recently to give the latest on the filly.
He wrote on X: "Lady With The Lamp is very good at two things, making faces and winning races! All being well, this time next week she'll be running in the Commonwealth Cup at Royal Ascot. We are all very proud and appreciative of her."
She is set to face the likes of Shadow Of Light Babouche Jonquil Whistlejacket and Big Mojo at Royal Ascot — all of them proven at the highest level — and her connections have every right to believe the filly can make the transition into elite company herself.
