Our editor Vincent Finegan is enjoying a fine run of tipping form having flagged up plenty of winners in our weekly newsletter this Flat season.

His purple patch has continued into Royal Ascot, with the first two of his three tips having scored at 14-1 (Mission Central) and 5-6 (Bow Echo). Look out for the final leg of his treble who runs in the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Stakes on Saturday at 3.40pm.

Vincent Finegan’s Tip

Prolific Japanese horse Satono Reve can make amends for last year's narrow defeat in this sprint. He has looked better than ever this year, winning the Takamatsunomiya Kinen in his native country for the second year in a row.

That victory produced a record time despite losing a hind shoe during the race. His recent second placing behind Hong Kong superstar Ka Ying Rising at Sha Tin indicates that he shouldn’t be far away here.

Ryan Moore’s view

Ryan Moore was speaking to the World Pool and gave his view on the chances of the Japanese raider.

Satono Reve was second in the race last year and was a little bit unfortunate. He's obviously been over to Hong Kong and he's a dual Group One winner in Japan.

He's run some blinding races behind Ka Ying Rising and if he brings his best form, he's going to be right there with every chance.

The Australian contenders look strong this year with Joliestar the standout, and there's another one too. So it's going to be a hard race, but at least he's been there and he's proven at the track. If he brings his best form, he's right there.
