Aunty Audrey turned out again quickly to open her account in good style in the apprentice handicap at Cork this afternoon.

Pat Flynn 's filly had run a big race to finish second at Gowran on Wednesday and showed no ill effects as she returned three days later to go one better.

Killian Leonard produced his mount to lead two furlongs from home and the 5/1 shot ran on strongly in the closing stages to post a three-and-three-quarter length victory over Musical Jewel

"It can be hard to get her to settle in her races but she'll learn and while she has plenty racing done, she is just starting to come to a bit of form now and learning what racing is all about,” said Leonard.

"She is still a bit green and you have to keep the lid on her but is learning her job."
