Big 4 clash again at Punchestown
Tomorrow's Boylesports.com Champion Chase, the feature race on day 1 of the Punchestown Festival, sees the first 4 home in Cheltenham's equivalent renew rivalry.
Sizing Europe produced a career best performance to beat Big Zeb, Captain Cee Bee and Golden Silver in the Queen Mother Champion Chase in March and is likely to start favourite to prevail again tomorrow.
Timmy Murphy replaces the injured Andrew Lynch on Sizing Europe while Paul Townend keeps his regular ride aboard Golden Silver with Ruby Walsh booked to ride the other Willie Mullins runner J'y Vole.
Colm Murphy is keen for Big Zeb to have another crack at Sizing Europe. "He's been very good since Cheltenham. He came out of the Queen Mother very well," said Murphy.
"Hopefully it will all go well tomorrow.
"We're taking on Sizing Europe again and it's 1-1 at the minute and obviously we are hoping we come out on top this time.
"Thankfully he loves this good ground so that shouldn't be a problem as they've put plenty of water on.
"The meeting is a lot later this year but he's shown no sign that he's dropping off."
