After his earlier win on Tellthemi'mhere Gary Caroll completed a double on 7/4 favourite Theonewedreamof in the awardsandgifts.ie Handicap.

The daughter of French Navy was niggled along at times early in the race but came back on the bridle before the final turn and led travelling well two furlongs out. She idled in front but kept going well enough to hold off Too Bright by half a length with a long gap back to the remainder.

It was the four-year-old's second win on the level and she also won over hurdles at Punchestown during the winter.

Winning trainer Gavin Cromwell said: "That was grand to win again with her.

“She didn't travel very well early but she gets the trip well. She stuck at it well and she was game.

“She was probably in front plenty soon enough and I thought she might have pulled herself up but she stayed going well.

“I've no plan but she can mix it, we'll see what the handicapper does, but she certainly will have a go on the Flat again.”
