The Pat Tallis owned and trained Port Moody got off the mark in the Munster National Tomorrow Apprentice Handicap at Limerick today, scoring under jockey Daniel Redmond.

The three year old son of Bushranger had failed to win in ten previous attempts but today held the late challenge of Get Out Of Jail to score a short-head win.

Afterwards Tallis stated “he is a middling horse but has a future and is only filling into his frame now. He is a pure fun horse and will be a lovely horse for next year.”
