Product Of Love was an impressive winner of the bumper at Killarney, providing his owner Barry Connell with a double on the card (earlier on the mark with Cape City Boy .

Previous trained by John 'Shark' Hanlon, and owned by Rachel O’Neill, the five-year-old son of Fruits Of Love finished second on his debut at Inchydoney in May of last year.

He then impressed at Rathcannon in September and was subsequently bought by Barry Connell and sent into training with Alan Fleming.

As short as 11/8 this morning he proved friendless on-course, opening at 9/4 before drifting out to 3/1 and favourite at the off.

Sent straight to the front by Aine O’Connor, he had all his rivals off the bridle early in the straight, as he stayed on strongly inside the final furlong to score by sixteen lengths.

The well-backed Windsor Vixen (16's this morning and from 13/2 to 5's on-course) finished second under Maxine O'Sullivan for John Kiely, while All The J's who was also well-backed (25's this morning and from 10's to 9's on-course), was a further two lengths back in third under Katie O'Farrell for Shay Barry.

Alan Fleming said afterwards: "That was very impressive, he looks very smart and we've always liked him. Aine gave him a super ride and was very professional on him.

"His next run will be in the winners' bumper at Galway."
