The concluding race on this evening’s card, the Eddies Hardware (Q.R) Race was won by the Michael Fitzgerald trained Star Wood under Mark Fahey.

Winning trainer Fitzgerald said afterwards, “It’s great to have her back. She has had some leg trouble in the past and we gave her plenty of time off. We brought her back in the Spring we probably rushed her a bit when she ran at Punchestown. We will see how comes out of the race before we make any plans.”
