Trimbellina from the Dessie Hughes yard followed up on her recent course win when landing The Genesis Handicap Hurdle in the hands of Roger Loughran.

Winning trainer Hughes said, "That was an exceptional performance considering it was her 1st first handicap I didn't think she'd win like that. She went some lick and I didn't think she'd be able to keep it up but she's a mare and is improving all of the time."
