I didn't see that happening in the last furlong. She's some little titch. She's green as grass and never travelled like we thought she would. We thought coming back to the mile would be no problem to her. This dam is so lucky for Glenburnie, with Brendan (Brackan) winning yesterday and now this filly. She can only improve for a winter on her back because we've been training her with next year in mind. The sky is the limit and we have a lovely filly on our hands. She's a huge addition to the yard and I'm looking forward to her next year. I'm after getting a buzz out of that because I didn't see it happening a furlong down. It's a good day at the office. I got some pleasure out of Brendan Brackan winning yesterday but that's nearly after equalling it. It's great for Mrs Patino who flew over to see her on Thursday. She's a lovely woman who just loves her horses.

It was very similar to what Colin said about the first one, she was clueless when she hit the front and she would have needed it like we thought,. We said going out that we'd ride her like it's her first run as opposed to her second as she had so much time off. We had to bring her back from scratch. He said she was completely clueless, doesn't want any quicker ground than that, but she's a lovely filly and you wouldn't have any problem bringing her back to a mile. She's a nice one but we've always trained her with next year in mind. I don't imagine that we'll do too much more with her this summer. Hopefully next year she becomes a stakes filly for the owner. We'll talk to Patrick (Cooper) when we get home but I can't imagine we'll overdo her this year.

she is a sister to Brendan Brackan (a prolific and Group 3 winner for the yard), and is highly thought of in the stables. We started her off over a mile and we think she will get ten furlongs. She doesn’t want extremes of ground, and Colin said the rain that came has left the track riding beautiful and it suited her.
