He’s a horse that should improve an awful lot, and Jack said he blew up two furlongs from home. He had winter form; he was so difficult to train and had been off for so long. He obviously had enough done at home; I was worried about coming out with a horse that wouldn’t have been fit. He always showed that he was a decent horse, but he got injured. We had him back and then he went again. He’s had no complications since the last time he came in. We’re just delighted. He was only beaten a length by Croke Park in his point-to-point and then his form was good but unfortunately the injuries happened. He’s a decent horse.
