Mullins doubles up with Supreme
Willie Mullins completed a short-priced double when Morning Supreme under Ruby Walsh, added to the earlier gains for Closutton with Quinola Des Obeaux, by hacking up in the Winter Wonderland Maiden Hurdle. In truth those that took odds of 1/2 never really had an anxious moment. Sun 08th Nov

All Too Easy for Quinola at Cork
In concession of 12Ibs there were those that thought Quinola Des Obeaux could be vulnerable to Miss Abrahnovic in the McCarthy Insurance Group (Pro/Am) Flat Race but nothing could prove to be further from the truth as he brushed her aside with consummate ease, by all of fifteen lengths. Mullins' bumper winner impresses at Punchestown
Quinola Des Obeaux, a French bred 4-y-o, looked impressive when scoring by 7 lengths on his debut at Punchestown. Sun 16th Nov
She jumped much better than I thought she would and she did it nicely. We'll find a novice hurdle for her now.

He jumped well enough and it is great to see Emmet getting a winner on him. He is great value for his claim. I think he'll stay further than that (two miles) and he obviously handles this ground very well. He is a chaser for next year. I was afraid coming here today with him and Morning Supreme after the way Cadspeed ran in Down Royal yesterday. Cadspeed is fine this morning and maybe it's just like it was in his bumper days in that he just takes a run or two to get to his peak.
