He's only been here about a week, but I did formerly train him and bought him for the owner, so it's nice to have him back. His run at Longchamp was outstanding,. I think he was three-quarters of a length in front of Abstraction on a run at Tipperary earlier this year and is 3lb worse off. He's well drawn (stall two), Stevie (Donohoe) knows him well and the horse seems in good form.
Ian Williams
I've more made in two wins in Ireland than I have in ten years at home! . He is a very good, we are only getting to know him better and five furlongs is his trip. He actually ran a better race in the Rockingham than tonight and the stiffer incline at the Curragh suited him better so he had to it grit out it.

He would have won the Wokingham (at Royal Ascot). I had him in such good form but he missed the cut. I did the silly thing to run him in a Group Three afterwards. We were very worried about the ground here. It's not that he wants a cut its just that he lacks a little early on and if something gets a run on him he can't quite get them back. He doesn't get six furlongs but in a fast run five furlongs if he can keep tabs on them he is always going to pick them up. The only other runner I have had in Ireland was in the Goffs Million a few years ago and it finished stone last.
