It was very fortuitous, although apart from that he jumped great. He's got the four-miler (National Hunt Chase at the Cheltenham Festival)written all over him and I doubt he'll run between now and then. He probably hasn't a lot of experience going there but he seems a natural jumper. I'd nearly get my licence out again to ride him!

Patrick gets me out of trouble. Harry Clarke bought him from France and Jim Ennis bought him yesterday morning as a replacement for Dare To Doubt who he sold in foal to Stowaway recently. He will make a staying chaser just as Pomme Tiepy was. He is a nice horse but he has a lot to learn. Patrick said he was learning as they came up the straight. He will go straight over fences now.
