Yorkhill will aim to complete the Cheltenham-Aintree-Punchestown treble in the Herald Champion Novice Hurdle on Tuesday.
Willie Mullins' chestnut lowered Yanworth's colours at Cheltenham but was made to work harder at Aintree, having pulled hard early on.
On official figures, Yorkhill's sternest opposition could come from stablemate Petit Mouchoir, second at Aintree to Buveur D'Air.
There are two challengers from Britain in the shape of Kim Bailey's Charbel, a fine fifth in the Supreme Novices' Hurdle, and Nicky Henderson's Brain Power.
Ball D'Arc and Don't Touch It complete the six-runner field.
