An I.N.H. flat race for four, five, six and seven years old only mares and geldings only that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing other than I.N.H. Flat Races or N.H. Flat Races or a combination of such races and which have not run in a hurdle race
Weights - 4-y-o 11st 4lbs; 5, 6 and 7-y-o 12st Mares allowed 7lbs;
Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules *A Perpetual Challenge Cup to be held by the owner of the winner until the following year. A proper guarantee in writing to be given for the safe keeping and return of the Cup and Plinth one month before the race is run in the following year to Punchestown Racecourse, Naas, Co.Kildare.
