We just put a line through the last day (in Gowran) as she got too hot in the parade-ring. In fairness Dylan (Browne McMonagle) suggested putting a red hood on today and it worked. She was in off a lovely weight today with Orla’s 7lb off her and she gave her a good ride. She’s a tough filly. She broke smart and got a good advantage but, in fairness to Orla, she knows what she’s at. She gave her plenty of a fill and said she’d let them come to her and push her on. She’s a good rider and will get plenty of rides off us. We might look at going for another premier handicap with her. She finished third here in one (in late June).
