The selection has scope for further improvement and this looks a good opportunity at Group 3 level. Patrick Sarsfield has really progressed since taking a handicap here off a mark of 86 in June, and lost little in defeat when bidding for a five-timer in a German Group 1 last time. He now steps up in trip, while other interesting contenders moving up to a mile and a half include Up Helly Aa and Boliver.
