FormscanBy Gary Carson - The fact that HIDDEN CYCLONE has recent form may give him the edge here. There is nothing between him and Val De Ferbet at the weights but Shark Hanlon's veteran comes here race fit and this looks a nice opportunity for him to get back to winning ways. He ran a cracker in the big amateur race at Galway and probably paid for duelling for the lead when turned out again over hurdles later in the week. He makes only his second chase outing since December 2015 but was far from disgraced when chasing home the in-form at Sandymount Duke over fences at Punchestown in May. Val De Ferbet is a decent animal on his day as he showed when beating A Toi Phil in fine style at Cork back in April. He goes well with plenty of dig but has an absence to overcome and also has weight to give away. Kylecrue, a winner on Sunday, turns out for the third time this week but was pulled up in the Kerry National the other day and has a bit to find at the weights.
