Riding arrangements suggest San Andreas is preferred of Aidan O’Brien’s pair, and the top-weight showed his liking for this venue when justifying favouritism in a 15-runner maiden last autumn. Dandys Ocean made a successful debut on soft ground at the Curragh last year, while Gowran Park maiden winner Leagan Gaeilge is also proven in the mud. Engles Rock was second to Pride Of Pimlico on this card 12 months ago, and also appreciated soft ground when runner-up at the Curragh and Galway as well.
