FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - A nice cheer went up from those observing, when Last Encounter got to his feet after a Ballinrobe fall at the final fence on May 1st. He wasn't able to live with Robin Des Foret on that occasion, but in fairness that winner put up a smart performance at the County Mayo track. Anyway, Last Encounter is tried in blinkers now for the first time and hopefully he'll stay on his feet and give connections something to build on for the future. Brave Out, BRAVISSIMO, Kaiser Black and Stoneford are others for the short-list. Bravissimo is just preferred after his fifth placing behind stable companion Kemboy in handicap company at the Punchestown festival. He could do with settling and jumping better this time.
