FormscanBy Donal Murphy - ZERKARYA won a point-to-point at Belharbour in good style last February and it is interesting that his trainer Pat Doyle is sending him over fences so soon. He put in disappointing efforts on his first two racecourse starts but ran much better on his next two outings in maiden hurdle company. Making his debut over fences here he should go close in what looks a weak contest with the trainer's son Jack taking the ride. The Dessie Hughes trained Caheronaun looks the biggest danger. She has a handicap hurdle win to her name and is a decent performer over flights. She ran well on her chasing debut at Thurles late last month and with Mark Enright taking a valuable five pounds off it will be disappointing if she is not in the frame. Recent point-to-point winners Chance A Grand, Bee Fallon and Feabhra are the others to consider.
