FormscanBy Michael Graham - Willie Mullins has won this in three of the last five years with the likes of Laurina and Camelia De Cotte, so it may pay to side with his French-import DOLCITA. In a recent stable tour he said of the four-year-old filly: "A nice filly who was placed on her two starts over hurdles in France. She will be running mainly in mares' races." She rallied gamely to be pipped by a nose, when last seen over two and a quarter miles on very soft ground, at Auteuil in February. She has Paul Townend on board for her Irish debut. Brian Hayes partners the other Mullins representative, Equilibrium. She isn't without a chance after a third place at Clonmel. Henry de Bromhead saddles four and Tune The Chello is interesting. She was second in a point-to-point at Inch in April and a couple of subsequent winners 'between the flags' have come out of that race. She now makes her first racecourse start for de Bromhead. The main threat may be de Bromhead's Telmesomethinggirl, though, who was third on hurdling debut after making most over two and a half miles in Fairyhouse last month. Larquebuse, who dead heated for victory in that race, was fourth in a Grade 3 novice hurdle at the weekend to add strength to the form. Silk Worm has winning bumper form at this track to her name.
