Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - A well-bred filly like CRYSTAL HARMONY has to be of interest off 51 on her debut on the polytrack. First assessed as a 60 performer after a Limerick maiden third on good to yielding in the summer, it's been a downward slide for the grey since, but perhaps some of that can be attributed to her having to compete exclusively on deep ground. Anyway, despite a poor draw in thirteen, Crystal Harmony should represent something in the way of value and Colm O'Donoghue, fresh from his Australian heroics on Melbourne Cup third, Jakkalberry, is a good booking. Solar Heat has a somewhat similar profile to the selection and she is much respected. With first-time cheek-pieces The Reek has a chance. Diamond Daze is consistent but she's expensive to follow and again may have place claims at best. Knights Templar and Red Laser are both winners here in the past and they have to have big hopes again but they'll be priced accordingly. Apache Gold is another with claims of making the first three with Declan McDonogh entrusted with the mount.
