Formscan By Eamonn Murphy - This looks something of a head-scratcher for punters with Michael Hourigan three-handed. There is further strong interest for the locals with Eric McNamara and John Long fielding runners so you'd imagine the market might throw up a few clues. Anyway, one of Hourigan's three, that likeable mare, CLOUGHMILE gets the nod. The daughter of Oscar is rated 105 at this game in comparison to the 117 mark she's achieved over fences. A course winner, Cloughmile is now equipped with a tongue-strap for the first-time and she might be running herself back into form after a summer break. Glenquest looks a bit of a player with Davy Condon booked and the betting can guide in his case. Baresi and Raheenwood arguably bring the best recent form to the table and as such they are much respected.
