Having been checked by the Veterinary Surgeon at the start, both horses were deemed fit to race.
The Starter reported that CONNIE’S ROSE was unruly in the stalls and withdrawn at 3:27pm.
Grace Harris was informed that the filly could not run until the day after passing a stalls test.
As it was the second occasion within the previous 12 months that CONNIE’S ROSE had been reported, a further report within the same period would mean the filly would be prevented from having a stalls test for 6 months.
