Ali saunters to easy success

The Ryan Event Cleaners Handicap Hurdle at Galway turned into a one-horse race as top-weight King Ali led his rivals a merry dance.

Tony Kelly kicked on three out on his father Pat's charge and soon opened up a healthy gap.

His rivals were all at sea before the second last as the gelding kept on strongly to record an easy 23-length success.
