Away We Go wins for Cleary

Thurles restricted trainer Tim Cleary recorded his second winner when his Away We Go ran out a game winner of the opening Martinstown Opportunity Maiden Hurdle at Limerick today.

Ridden by Eddie Power, the son of Stowaway made virtually all for a four lengths win over Emergency Exit

Afterwards Cleary stated "I was susprised when he won his bumper at Kilbeggan and he should make a lovely chaser in time. I've been training a good few years but the Kilbeggan win was my first winner although I've had a few point to point winners too."
