Unic De Bersy got back on track with a game victory in the Tramore Racecourse Members Club Chase.

Gordon Elliott 's charge had failed to complete in his three previous outings but despite a couple of jumping errors today he worked his way into contention two from home.

Stable-mate Nickname Exit had cut out the early running in the 2m6f contest before Cliffside Park took over at halfway.

Jack Kennedy delivered Unic De Bersy with his effort at the penultimate fence and drove his mount to the front at the last. He kept on well in the closing stages to beat Cliffside Park by three lengths.

Nickname Exit was back in fourth while the only other runner, Master Appeal blundered Andrew Lynch out of the saddle two from home.

"He will keep going for the summer. They will both be going to the Doncaster Sales. He will make a right little horse for someone in England,” said Elliott.
