Bipasha from the Jim Bolger stable came home in front of the Derrinstown Stud Apprentice Handicap in the hands of Ronan Whelan.
Whelan produced the daughter of Rock Of Gibraltar with a well timed to run to lead inside the furlong for a narrow win over jeangeorges.
Winning trainer Bolger said afterwards: “We’ll go for another handicap now maybe in Killarney.”
