Bolger pleased with trio

Trainer Enda Bolger expressed his satisfaction with his trio of cross-country specialists, following their participation in the Vendee Hurdle at Thurles today. General Striker led Bolger's trio ahead in second (behind easy winner Powerstation while Cheltenham winner Garde Chapetre finished fourth and Heads Onthe Ground was well held in tenth.

Bolger briefly stated "I am happy with all three of my horses and of the three, Garde Champetre would have needed the run more. They will each run in the cross-country race at Chelteham next month."
