You Owe Me Money trained by Darren Bunyan, secured consecutive wins at Gowran Park by triumphing in the second division of the 45-70 nine-furlong handicap race, coming home with with a late surge.

The Awtaad filly had won the previous week over a mile at the same venue and handled the step up in trip.

Dean Curran, was once again in the saddle, settling the 10/3 joint-favourite in mid-division before switching the filly out to make her challenge two furlongs from home.

Under Curran's guidance, You Owe Me Money chased down Khafaaq inside the final furlong and won by an easy length-and-three-quarters.

Owner Ger O’Leary said afterwards:- “She got the trip. Dean gave her a fabulous ride and nursed her home. He said she didn’t win quite as emphatically as the last day but she got it done none the less.

“We will go for something similar in the next two or three weeks.”
