Gary Carroll stretched recorded his 39th winner of the season aboard 11/1 shot Whiteball Wonder when the pair came home in front of Division One of TRI Handicap.
Carroll was always prominent on the Tagula gelding and kept on strongly to lead inside the final furlong for a three length win over Impressionist Art
Winning trainer Michael Halford was not present.
Carroll is now twelve winners clear of Shane Foley for the Leading Apprentice Title.
