"The thing about her is that she's very versatile as regards trip and ground. She's an oil painting to boot," said Jim Bolger after his home-bred Teofilo filly Ceol Na Nog won a third event in succession when taking the Academic Rated Race at Leopardstown under Kevin Manning.

With two defections only three contested this mile and a quarter contest, and Manning made all on the 4/7 shot to claim a second victory in a week after her Navan win from last Saturday.

Ceol Na Nog stretched away from the two pole to beat Roibeard by seven and a half lengths. Madroos was eased when beaten by Chris Hayes, and he ended up another twenty five lengths behind.

"We'll see how she is after that (entered Saturday) but she did it easy enough there. It's lovely to have an improving one," elaborated Bolger.

"She can operate from a mile to two miles and not many can do that. Maybe two miles will get the very best out of her."
