Chu Chu Thomas steamrolled punters in the concluding event at Cork this evening, winning the Scarteen Bumper at odds of 33/1.

Afterwards winning trainer Bill Harney stated "that wasn't a surprise to me and we might try for a maiden hurdle now."

Winning jockey Pat Kennedy, 20yo from Dingle, was recording his fifth racecourse success to add to five point to point wins.
