Collins and Shanahan strike again

Trainer Tracey Collins and long-standing stable jockey Pat Shanahan won the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fillies Maiden at Naas tonight, with newcomer Girouette

Girouette, a daughter of Pivotal, raced in mid-division, before eventually getting to the front inside the final furlong, for a two length win over Fantosha

Collins later reported "we always thought a lot of this filly but she is still a bit green and will improve urther from the run."
