Deutschland wins opener at Punchestown

The opening race this evening at Punchestown, The Go Racing In Kildare Chase was won by the 8/11 favourite Deutschland from the Willie Mullins stable.

David Casey settled his mount in behind the leader, improved to challenge approaching straight, led before two and kept on well to hold off the Dusty Sheehy trained Holly Tree by 5 lengths.
