Wayne Lordan completed a double at Dundalk this evening when steering the David Wachman trained newcomer Diocesan Policy to win the www.thetote.com Median Auction Maiden.

Diocesan Policy, a daughter of Van Nistelrooy, was the second winning newcomer of the evening when proving a length and a half too strong for Rockabilly Riot

Afterwards Wachman reported by phone “she has also shown quite a bit at home but wants quick ground and we didn't get the opportunity to run her last year - I think she's a filly with a future.”

Lordan also stated “She's a nice filly, handled the surface and did it well. They didn't go mad early on and I was able to travel and she quickened up well.”
