Overland Express became the third horse to make all at Down Royal this evening when landing the ten furlong handicap.

Billy Lee gave the Dylan Thomas filly a fine front-running ride as she recorded a length-and-a half success over fellow 11/4 co favourite Minister Of Mayhem

Tommy Stack 's charge always travelled well at the head of affairs and went on from nearest pursuer Land A Blow with over a furlong to run.

Minister Of Mayhem came through inside the final furlong but couldn't peg back the front-runner.

The winner was following up a maiden success over an extended mile at Cork last month.

“She stays well and when she won in Cork the last day that was really her minimum trip,” said Billy Lee.

“I was a bit concerned about the ground but she did it well.”

The other market leader in the race Island In The Sun finished last of the six runners.
