The Pat Fahy trained Tara Flow landed the Tipper Road (Pro/Am) Bumper at Naas today, to providing her amateur jockey Katie Walsh with a concluding race winner, three hours after her father Ted Walsh won the opening chase.

Tara Flow (10/1) was produced to lead inside the final furlong and in the end probably did bookmakers a favour by over-turning 8/11 favourite Last Encounter by a length and three parts.

Following Tara Flow's win, Fahy stated "she's a half-sister to Good As Gold and we were hoping to run her in Ronan's (Lawlor, the late jockey who had been employed by Fahy) race at Gowran but couldn't get her right.

"She was struggling to get around the gallop with a muscle problem but once Liz Connolly worked on her she got her right.

"Maybe she could go to Aintree but that would depend on the ground, as it can get quick there. Fairyhouse or Punchestown are options as well."
