Overnight rain has further eased the going ahead of both of today's National Hunt meetings at Naas and Cork.
The going at Naas is currently yielding following 6mm of rain last night (9mm in total since declaration time on Friday morning), although the forecast is generally dry for today. Felix Yonger and Moscow Mannon head the cast in the Grade 3 Poplar Square Chase, while 11 are due to go to post for the competitive Brown Lad Handicap Hurdle. The first race is at 12.55pm.
Meanwhile at Cork the ground is now soft on both the hurdle and chase tracks after 15mm of rain in the past 24 hours, and further scattered showers are expected today.
The Cork Grand National is the highlight on this Paddy Power-sponsored card which gets underway at 1.10pm, while the seven race programme also includes a Grade 3 novice hurdle and chase.
