Never Complain finished with a flourish to deliver in the two and a half mile handicap chase at Tipperary.

Andrew Lynch had him on the outside as Miradane jumped the last just in front of Bendala Bleu This was originally the second last but the last was dolled off so the horses faced a long run for home.

Once Lynch popped this fence in third his mount stayed on strongly to win by four and three quarter lengths at 6/1. Bendala Bleu, the 7/2 favourite, kept on for second some nine lengths ahead of Speckled Wood (5/1).

"He loved the ground and he jumped super. Normally he doesn't find a whole lot off the bridle, but the loose horse helped him there," Andrew Lynch said.

This was Never Complain's third career success, having won a point-to-point on debut at Boulta in November 2012 and a Down Royal beginners' chase in March last year.
