Co Waterford trainer Pat Flynn saddled the first two home in the Jackie & Gene Handicap at Listowel today, when Jeangorges, under Danny Grant, defeated Edmondstown Lass under Keith Maher, by three and a half lengths.
Afterwards Flynn reported “I’m delighted with that result as Edmondstown Lass ran a cracker too. The winner, Jeangorges, is a lovely horse and the cheek pieces seem to have worked well with him.”
